Its with a heavy heart I write this today. I have worked with The Pass magazine and Great for Groups shows for several years. Unfortunately the publishers – Metropolis have decided not to continue publishing the magazine or hosting the exhibitions with immediate effect, cancelling the upcoming Great for Groups Kent show and publication of the magazine.The Pass recently re-branded in line with the exhibitions and became Great for Groups magazine. Their other publications include magazines such as Packaging News and Mortgage Finance Gazette.
After exhibiting at many of their shows, including their North, South and Central shows, when I worked for Daish’s Holidays, Dunwood Travel and more recently in my role with Alfa Travel at locations as diverse as Kempton Park Racecourse, Manchester United’s ground at Old Trafford, and my last outing with them at Edgbaston Cricket Ground, it’s sad there will be spaces in the travel show calendar.
Its upsetting to hear that members of staff I worked with, have now moved onto other roles, But I wish them all the best for the future!
